1jj8 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Pakistan's Premier Online Casino Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document unless context clearly requires otherwise.

• "1jj8", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://1jj8.bid, operating under international gaming standards.
• "Platform" means the 1jj8 website, mobile-optimised site, all related subdomains, software applications and any other digital touchpoint through which 1jj8 services are delivered.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any natural person who registers, accesses or uses the 1jj8 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 1jj8 Platform following successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, virtual sports, promotions, bonuses and any other products offered through the 1jj8 Platform from time to time.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's 1jj8 Account wallet for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet funds or other non-cash incentives granted by 1jj8, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 1jj8 prior to processing withdrawals and in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the 1jj8 Platform for Pakistani players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of online gaming services is restricted, prohibited or unlicensed under applicable local law.

Access to and use of the 1jj8 Platform is conditional upon the Player satisfying all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

• The Player is at least 21 years of age. 1jj8 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in line with international gaming standards applicable to casino-style gaming platforms. Players aged 18–20 are not eligible, even in jurisdictions where lower age thresholds may apply to other forms of gaming.
• The Player is registering and playing on their own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent, proxy or nominee for any third party.
• The Player is not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Section 1 above. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws before registering with 1jj8.
• The Player has not previously had a 1jj8 Account suspended or permanently closed as a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player does not currently hold any other active 1jj8 Account. Each person is permitted precisely one Account.
• The Player is not a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee, contractor or director of 1jj8 or any of its affiliated technology or payment processing partners.

By completing the registration form on the 1jj8 Platform and clicking to confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and not misleading. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

Once registered, the Player bears full responsibility for the security and proper use of their 1jj8 Account. Specifically:

• The Player must maintain the confidentiality of their username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. These must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through a Player's Account — including all wagers placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by and on behalf of the registered account holder.
• The Player must notify 1jj8 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or suspected compromise of their Account. 1jj8 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to exercise reasonable security precautions.
• The Player must promptly update their Account with any changes to personal information, including contact email address, phone number and payment method details. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing.
• Players must complete the KYC verification process — including submission of a valid CNIC or equivalent government-issued ID — before any withdrawal can be initiated. 1jj8 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time for compliance purposes.

1jj8 supports a range of PKR-denominated deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Visa/Mastercard and USDT. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing timelines are displayed at the point of transaction within the 1jj8 cashier. These may be updated by 1jj8 from time to time without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source where identified, subject to any applicable processing fees.
• 1jj8 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges applied by the Player's bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the Player.
• Deposits credited to a 1jj8 Account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. 1jj8 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or banking institution.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit by the same Player, or to a method that 1jj8 has verified as belonging to the Player following KYC review.
• 1jj8 targets withdrawal processing within the timelines published in the cashier at the time of the request. Verified accounts using JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically experience the fastest processing times.
• 1jj8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts, or where unusual account activity is detected. This may extend processing timelines.
• Any Real Money Balance remaining in a 1jj8 Account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the cashier. The Player will be notified before any such fee is applied.

1jj8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus eligibility is determined at 1jj8's sole discretion. 1jj8 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at any time without obligation to provide reasons.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before any Bonus Balance or winnings derived therefrom can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, bonuses may only be used on specified game categories. Wagering on games listed as excluded from a particular promotion will not contribute toward the wagering requirement.
• 1jj8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before the Player has met the associated wagering requirement, any remaining Bonus Balance will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Exploitation of bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, coordinated play across multiple Accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse is prohibited. 1jj8 may cancel bonuses, void associated winnings and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
• Players who have elected self-exclusion or set deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools are not eligible to receive certain promotional offers. This restriction exists to protect vulnerable Players.

The following rules govern all wagering activity on the 1jj8 Platform across all product verticals including casino games, live dealer tables and sports betting:

• All casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or by live physical outcomes on certified live dealer tables. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the long-term theoretical return over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• For sports betting, 1jj8 offers pre-match and in-play wagering markets on cricket (including PSL and ICC events), football, UFC and other sports as listed in the sportsbook at any given time. All bets are settled in accordance with the rules published in the 1jj8 sportsbook at the time the bet is placed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet outcome, 1jj8 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account. Under no circumstances will 1jj8 be liable for any perceived winnings arising from a malfunctioning game or system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be amended by 1jj8 at any time.
• 1jj8 reserves the right to limit, restrict or adjust the maximum payout on any individual bet or series of bets at its sole discretion, particularly where the cumulative liability from such bets is considered exceptional.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jj8 Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Using false identity documents, registering under a false name, or misrepresenting your age or jurisdiction of residence during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker, or any other competitive game format offered on 1jj8.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated click software, artificial intelligence tools or any mechanical or electronic device to automate decision-making or wagering on the 1jj8 Platform without express written consent from 1jj8.
• Match Fixing & Corrupt Activity: Placing bets on the outcome of any sporting event where the Player has knowledge of, or any involvement in, activities intended to manipulate that outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using the 1jj8 Platform in any way to process, conceal or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. 1jj8 has both a legal obligation and a firm commercial policy to report suspected money laundering activity to appropriate authorities.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider in bad faith — for instance, after wagering deposited funds — constitutes fraud and will be pursued accordingly.
• Platform Interference: Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, manipulate or interfere with the 1jj8 Platform's software, RNG systems, odds-calculation engines or any other technical component.

All content on the 1jj8 Platform — including but not limited to the 1jj8 name and logo, game interfaces, promotional artwork, written content, software code, database structure and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1jj8 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1jj8 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit the Player to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, resell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 1jj8 Platform content in any form or medium.

Game content delivered through EVO Live (Evolution Gaming) and MG Live (Microgaming) is the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to 1jj8 for display on the Platform. All third-party intellectual property rights are acknowledged and reserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jj8 hereby excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the 1jj8 Platform;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, network interruptions, software bugs or any other technical failure affecting the Platform;
• Losses attributable to a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the 1jj8 Platform, including odds, game descriptions or promotional content;
• Indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits 1jj8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where statutory consumer protection rights apply under any applicable jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms shall purport to override those rights.

1jj8 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering with 1jj8, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include: identity and age verification (KYC), transaction monitoring for AML compliance, fraud detection, customer support communications, and the delivery of promotional offers to eligible Players who have not opted out of marketing communications.

1jj8 does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies — solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil legal obligations.

1jj8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that enable Players to maintain healthy, controlled gambling habits. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered 1jj8 Players at all times through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours from the time of the increase request.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time-based alerts and mandatory session breaks to limit continuous play duration.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, per day, per week or per month.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts reminding Players of their current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may elect a temporary suspension of their Account for a minimum period of 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely cease gambling on 1jj8 may apply for self-exclusion through the Account settings or by contacting 1jj8 support directly. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and is irrevocable for the elected period.

1jj8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions by the Player;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age or provided false identity documentation;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, collusion, money laundering or any other prohibited conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against 1jj8 by the Player or the Player's payment provider;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• A legally binding court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement directive requiring closure of the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance held in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited by 1jj8 where the breach directly contributed to accumulation of that balance. In all other circumstances, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to applicable AML checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 1jj8 Account may do so by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. All pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcomes and credited or debited to the Account accordingly prior to final closure.

1jj8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively alter a Player's rights or obligations — 1jj8 will provide reasonable advance notice by email to the registered address on the Player's Account and/or by posting a prominent notification on the Platform.

Continued use of the 1jj8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a Player does not accept an amendment, they must cease using the Platform and may request closure of their Account prior to the amendment's effective date. The then-current Terms at the time of Account closure will apply to the processing of any outstanding balance.

The current version number and effective date of these Terms are always displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1jj8 holds its international gaming authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between 1jj8 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players should submit their dispute in writing to the 1jj8 support team, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. 1jj8 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within two (2) business days and providing a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body approved by the applicable regulatory framework under which 1jj8 operates.
